Copyright fees are negotiated by Gresham Books on your behalf and are charged extra at cost.

To estimate the likely extent of your book, allow one page per hymn for a words edition, one-and-a-half pages per hymn for melody and two pages per hymn for full music editions. Then add about five percent to provide space for prelims, indices and acknowledgements (this varies depending on your requirements). Books are zero-rated for VAT.
