How to finance your project

At Gresham, we understand that a book can be a big investment for your school or organisation. Although many customers have the finance available for their project, we also have customers who are struggling to find the finances in the current climate. We are keen to ensure that you can proceed with your book so here are a few ideas about how it can be financed.

Ask your alumni

Past students of your school can be an excellent source of revenue for your project. Old boys and girls often have a special affection for their school and may be willing to donate money to help you fund a book. Why not call a few of your past pupils to see if they will sponsor you?

Charge your parents for the book

If you are looking to finance a Leavers’ Book or memento for your pupils, you may wish to consider charging your pupils’ parents for their book. Pupils will cherish a keepsake of their school so why not finance your project by asking for their assistance?

Organise a special event to finance your project

Organising a special event to help finance your book is a fun way to get everyone in your school or organisation involved in raising funds. Why not hold a raffle or organise a sponsored event? You can raise awareness at the same time.
